Directions1- 3/4 cups flour1/3 cup sugar2- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries 1/2 cup blackberries1/2 cup white chocolate chips3/4 cup milk1 egg beaten1/3 cup butter, melted  
 
Preheat oven to 400 F.Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking oil. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.  Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until dry ingredients become lumpy. Do not over beat. Fold in blueberries, blackberries and white chips. Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Recipe makes 2 dozen mini muffins.
